Richard Nigel Baker earned an undergraduate degree in Biology from Dickinson College. He possesses over 25 years of banking experience. Mr. Forde is the current President and Cheif Executive Officer of Wisbech Capital Trust, UK having responsibility for all bank functions except accounting and compliance.

Stuart James Reed earned his Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Gerontology from the University of South Florida and MBA from Western Governors University. He has 25 years of involvement in Health Care and Real Estate & will lead Wisbech Capital Trust, UK Board to create a world-class customer experience.

Tracy Louise Wilkinson earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University and has an inactive CPA License. She served as Executive Vice President of Iberia Bank and as an Executive Vice President for Sabadell United Bank, and currently, the Chief Financial Officer, Wisbech Capital Trust, UK.

Mr. Alan Michael Pearce received his undergraduate degree from Columbia and a law degree from NYU Law School. He works as a lawyer for a large New Jersey Health Care Firm. Mr. Watchman brings to the board a broad-based knowledge in many aspects of business. Currently, Mr. Watchman is one of the serving Directors.

Mr. Neil Andrew Sanders earned his MBA from Hofstra University and a Bank Administration degree from The University of Wisconsin. Formerly the Chief Operations Officer of Bank United, specialized in building infrastructure for financial services companies & currently one of the Directors.

Gillian Frances Sawyer earned her associates degree from Gadsen State College. Her career has spanned over 20 years in the banking industry. She once served in a consultant role at Cogent Bank in helping manage Cogent’s risk tolerances and profiles. She is currently the Director in charge of Corporate Marketing.

Clive Marlon Douglas's career started with USI Insurance Services over 30 years ago as a specialist in property & casualty industry, focused on large risk management accounts & has a national reputation for delivering impactful results to clients’ risk management needs. He is one of the Directors on Corporate Marketing.

Mrs. Shirley Boris Webb earned her bachelor's degree in economics, from the University of South Florida and master's degree in business administration with professional certification in Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). She is currently the SVP Treasury Manager.
